At Fovain , we strive to process and deliver your order as quickly and reliably as possible. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how your order is handled from the moment it is placed until it arrives at your door.
Standard Processing: 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays)
Peak Seasons / Promotions: Processing may extend to 3–5 business days
Order Cut-Off Time: 2:00 PM (GMT+08:00)
Orders are processed from our fulfillment partners located in Asia.
Transit time begins once your order has shipped.

Worldwide Flat Rate: $9.95 USD
All orders include tracking.
A tracking number will be sent via email once your order has been shipped.
Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking updates to appear, as some carriers only scan items at major distribution points.
Changes are possible only before your order enters the fulfillment stage.
To request an address update:

Once an order has shipped, we cannot change or reroute the package.
If a package is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address, we can reship it once the correct details are provided. Additional postage may apply.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
These charges are the customer’s responsibility.
They are not included in product pricing or shipping fees.
We cannot influence or expedite customs clearance processes.
If your order exceeds the estimated delivery window, please contact us.
We will reach out to the carrier and assist you with an update.
We recommend checking:
The shipping address
Mailroom, parcel lockers, or building reception
Neighbors or household members
Many carriers mark items as delivered up to 24–48 hours before the actual arrival.
If the package has still not arrived after 48 hours, please contact us to begin an investigation.
A shipment is considered lost if:
Tracking shows no movement for an extended period, or
Delivery time has exceeded normal expectations by 15 business days (international: 20 business days)
In such cases, we will investigate with the carrier and provide a resolution (replacement or refund) based on the outcome.
Your order may be fulfilled in multiple packages to ensure faster delivery. Each shipment will have its own tracking number at no additional cost.
Some carriers may not deliver to P.O. Boxes or remote areas. If the selected shipping method is incompatible with your address, we may adjust it to the closest available equivalent at no additional cost.
Items listed as pre-order or backorder will ship once available. Estimated shipping dates will appear on the product page or at checkout. If delays occur, we will notify you.
